Engineering Dimensions

Engineering Dimensions is published quarterly by Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO) and is distributed to all PEO-licensed professional engineers. The magazine provides information relevant to the practice of professional engineering and promotes awareness of the Professional Engineers Act and the activities of the association.

In this issue:   Earlier this year, PEO updated its licence application process to comply with new requirements under the Fair Access to Regulated Professions and Compulsory Trades Act. In this issue, we cover what’s new, including introducing a Recognized Programs List for academic degrees obtained outside Canada, a standardized technical exam program for international candidates and a competency-based assessment model for evaluating candidates’ experience.
